Where do I submit the code and any documents?

I went to productsafetyapps.challengepost.com and under submissions I see only search box not the link to actually add my code and documents.

    The rules state that it is 11:59PM of 23 May. Challenge post support person mentioned that "looks like the platform you have it as 12:00AM this morning". Looks like there is some error on your side. Per the official rules I would like to submit my documents.
